Joe Ferry – President/Owner
Joe has been in the sports construction and surfacing industry for over 30 years. In 1995, Joe started All Sports Enterprises, Inc., a nationwide sports construction, surfacing, and athletic equipment installation company. With over 500 nationwide projects to his credit, Joe works directly with owners from start-to-finish to build high quality sporting venues.
In addition to AllSports, he is an Owner at the Nittany Valley Sports Centre in State College, PA, the Shafer Sports Center in Ewing, NJ, and was one of the original Owners and Board of Directors at the United Sports Training Center in Downingtown, PA, from 1998 to 2017.
He volunteers his time serving on several community boards: Uwchlan Township Municipal Authority, Uwchlan Township Traffic Impact Committee, and was past Chairman of the Uwchlan Township Planning Commission.
Mick Ferry - VP Sales & Estimating
Mick joined AllSports in 2003 and has over 20 years of experience in the sports construction industry, with emphasis on sales, marketing, estimating and project management. Mick works directly with the customer from consultation to installation.
Prior to AllSports, Mick was in the EH&S consulting field working with companies such as BASF, PPG Industrial Coatings and Abbott Laboratories. He also worked as a S&H Director for a chemical manufacturer, and a Regional Manager for a specialty contractor working throughout the U.S. in the electric generation & re-powering industries. His broad range of knowledge in the various industries serves All Sport’s clients well.
Tyler McDaniel - Manager, Specialty Projects
Tyler recently joined AllSports and manages our Specialty Projects. Tyler works directly with the customer from start-to-finish to ensure all customer requests are successfully completed. His responsibilities include sales, marketing, estimating, and project management.
Prior to AllSports, Tyler was in the government contracting space where he worked as an Account Manager, servicing companies such as General Dynamics, Northrop Grumman, Apple, and many others. He was responsible for client success as well as both account and personnel management.
Cindy Basile - Director of Marketing
Cindy brings over 20 years of marketing experience to AllSports. Since joining AllSports, she facilitated a company re-brand and has helped to launch a new logo and website as the face of the AllSports brand. Her responsibilities include community outreach and communications, company growth and brand awareness, and all digital marketing.
Cindy previously worked for Quaker Chemical Corporation and 3SI Security Systems in the Marketing Department. She was responsible for a wide range of marketing duties including: communications, corporate and product websites, social media, product literature and the global rebranding of both companies.
Linda Dexter - Controller
Linda has been with AllSports since 1998 and handles all financial aspects of the corporation including: accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and more.
In addition, Linda also owns her own accounting business and volunteers as treasurer for her church.
Connie Long - Administrative Assistant
As Administrative Assistant, Connie provides support for the senior management of AllSports, handling all the in-office needs of the President and VP of Sales. Additionally, Connie runs and coordinates the day-to-day administrative duties for the company and coordinates with AllSports’ partners.
Connie has been with AllSports since 2000 and enjoys communicating with our customers to ensure their experience is a good one.
