Reynolds Middle School located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, converts parking/rooftop into an innovative play deck making great use of unused space. 

Project Specifics

  • Roof Deck Waterproofing System: Over 24,000 sq-ft fluid applied polyurethane, seamless membrane
  • Basketball and Track: Over 18,000 sq-ft of cushioned, elastomeric playing surface
  • Artificial Turf Field: Over 12,400 sq-ft of "NON-INFILL" artificial turf system with shock pad
  • Equipment: (6) basketball backstops, perimeter protective ball stopper netting
